Returns
We do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges and store credit as outlined below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including price tags. You can only exchange or return once per receipt.
For a free return label, you have 3 days to report an issue and 10 days to return the item(s) after return label has been issued. The cost of the label will be charged to customer if above conditions are not met.
Non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@vintajcowgirl.com and send your item to: Vintaj Cowgirl LLC., 120 W Main St, Clarksville TX 75426, United States.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
