We hope that you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, please submit a return request within 3 business days of date of delivery via email to shop@vintajcowgirl.com
Return Eligibility Requirements
Almost all items are eligible for return. Please see below for exceptions and rules.
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, detergent deodorant, makeup and damage free.
Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date via email at shop@vintajcowgirl.com. Give a brief detail of damage along with picture of damage.
Sale items marked 25% or more off at time of sale are not eligible for return.

How to make a Return:
Once we receive your email requesting to make a return, we will email you a return shipping label. Returns must be post marked within 10 days of date label was sent. As long as you use the shipping label we provide, shipping cost are free. If return is not postmarked within the 10 day period, you still have a total of 30 days to return from the date of delivery. If the return label we provide is not used within the 10 day period, but prpduct still meets the 30 day return window, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. All refunds are issued as a gift card for future purchase. Gift cards are good for 1 year from date of issue.
You can also choose to use your own method of shipping, but those cost are the customers responsibility.
WHEN MAILING A RETURN:
Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment.
Please provide the original receipt in the package.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt and you will be emailed a gift certificate!
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will not be accepted. We will email you if your items did not meet return requirements. If the customer wants the items shipped back, customer may request an invoice for cost of return shipment. Any items not claimed within 30 days, will be given to charity.
Note: At this time we are only able to issue one return shipping label per order. If you are wanting to return multiple items from one order, we recommend the return requests be submitted together. If you are wanting to return other items after receiving a return shipping label from us. Then the return would need to be shipped back to us using your own method of shipping.
You can print off shipping label and affix it on your package then take it to your local USPS (post office).
Due to the extremely fast moving pace of our inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. Please understand that we are unable to bend the rules for anyone, as this would be unfair to other Vintaj customers.
