Orders received before 3pm on regular business days, typically are shipped the same day or by the next business day. We also ship on Saturdays however, orders must be received prior to noon. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once you order is shipped out. Tracking updates are typically available within 1 day of shipping out.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when shipping a return without the label we provide. We recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Shipping is free in the continental US. Excludes sale items that are discounted 25% or more unless they are on the same order with items not discounted. express shipping is a flat rate of $35.00. Sale items that are marked 25% or more off are charged a flat rate of $5.00.
Items purchased for instore pickup are eligible for return for 30 days. The 30 days start the day the order is filled by Vintaj Cowgirl. If your order has not been picked up within 30 days, that order is not eligible for return. Orders not picked up in a timely manner, Vintaj Cowgirl will make every attempt to remind you to pickup your order. Orders not picked up within 3 months will be donated to charity.
